HealthNDWealth (Pty) Ltd, trading as HealthNDWealth, is the seller responsible for retail orders placed on this website, including fulfilment, customer support, returns and eligible refunds. HNDW is an independently owned South African retailer; this is not the Dr Vigor corporate website.

Retail sales and payment

Product descriptions, pack sizes, availability and prices are shown in South African rand. Your order total, collection method and selected payment method are shown before payment. An order is accepted only after HNDW receives successful payment confirmation and confirms that stock is available.

When offered, Yoco or Paystack processes payment on its hosted checkout. Paystack may display cards, Instant EFT via Ozow, Capitec Pay or other methods only after Paystack approves and enables them for HNDW. The available choices are controlled by Paystack and may change. HNDW does not collect payment credentials. The payment provider is not the seller and is not responsible for delivery, product support, returns or refunds. HNDW does not add a payment-method surcharge or change the product price according to the selected method.

HNDW does not offer a manual retail EFT option, publish an HNDW bank account at checkout or mark an order paid from an uploaded retail proof of payment. “Instant EFT” means the Paystack/Ozow method selected and confirmed inside Paystack's hosted flow.

Delivery and collection

Online orders are currently available for collection only. Courier delivery is not offered until the planned PUDO integration has been completed and tested. Checkout therefore does not request a delivery address or charge a delivery fee.

Collection orders may be collected only after HNDW sends a ready-for-collection notice. Bring the order number and identification. Collection details appear on the order confirmation.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

To request a cancellation or return, email info@hndw.co.za with the order number and reason. Where the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act applies, a consumer may cancel an eligible electronic transaction within seven days after receiving the goods. Statutory exceptions may apply, including to goods that cannot safely be returned for health or hygiene reasons after their seal has been broken. Where permitted by law, the customer may be responsible for the direct return cost.

Defective, unsafe, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, including the applicable six-month implied warranty. Do not use a damaged product. Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method after review and, where required, receipt of the returned goods. Provider and bank processing times are outside HNDW's control. These terms do not limit any non-excludable consumer right.

Existing member pricing

A customer with a Dr Vigor-issued ZA number may ask HNDW to verify it for member pricing on eligible products. A number supplied by a customer does not activate member pricing until HNDW confirms the membership details. This verification is free. HNDW's payment gateways process physical product orders and fulfilment only.

Privacy notice

HNDW collects account, contact, address, order, security and ZA-verification data to operate accounts, fulfil orders, prevent fraud, communicate status updates and meet legal obligations. We share only the information needed with service providers that perform payment, delivery, email, SMS, hosting and address-search functions. A supplied ZA number and necessary identity details may be checked with Dr Vigor to confirm eligibility for member pricing. We do not sell personal information.

Records are protected with access controls and retained only for operational, legal, tax, dispute and security needs. To request access, correction or deletion where the law permits, email info@hndw.co.za. Some records must be retained even after an account is closed.

On the production website, optional Google Analytics is loaded only after a visitor chooses to allow analytics. It may process public-page visits, browser or device information and an approximate location to help HNDW understand and improve the website. HNDW does not send account, ZA-number, checkout, order, payment or administration pages to Analytics, disables advertising signals, and does not use Analytics before consent. Visitors can change their choice using “Analytics preferences” in the website footer.
